Just realized...

A good friend of mine is a recovery room nurse.  She often has some hilarious stories about the things people say and do as they wake up.  I was thinking about this and worrying that I might say something embarrassing when I wake up after my jaw surgery.  Then I realized...  I am not likely to have this problem.  If I have something to say that I will regret, it's not likely it would be intelligible with my jaw banded shut and all.  Sometimes I just have to laugh at myself for being worried about silly things.
