Yah a smile!! Your profile does look really balanced. Part of me is wishing I had genioplasty as well. Did your alar stitch loosened up by day 9 or 10?
Max, I'm not certain that I have an alar stitch (it didn't come up with my surgeon), but judging from the fact that my nose did not change at all and my maxilla was moved forward and up, I am pretty sure that I have one. I am actually still very numb in that area, but I do feel some tightness and a pinching feeling at the base of my nose, which I assume would be the stitch?
