Second post-op appointment.

Yesterday I saw my surgeon for my second post-op appointment.  So far, he is very happy with how things are looking.  He said that my splint/wires were coming loose.  I had noticed this as well, and it was really uncomfortable because I just did not feel "safe" at this point, being only two weeks post-op, and having that much mobility.  He tightened up the wires, and things feel much more secure now.  The funny thing is, relatively speaking, I could still barely move my jaws even though things were loose, so I wonder how strange it will feel in four weeks time when everything is cut free.
