Questions for my OS.

I had a follow-up tomo taken in April, and this Thursday I see my OS to go over the report.  I probably won't see him again until I am just about ready for the surgery, so I want to be sure I have a chance to have many of my questions answered.  Here's a listing of what I'm planning to ask.  Are there any other questions I should be asking?  Is there anything you wish you had asked about ahead of time but didn't?  Thanks, blogger buddies, for any advice!

1.  How much overjet do I have?  What is the measurement of the asymmetry?
2.  How much movement (and what kind) does he expect for each jaw?  Basically, what is he going to do??
3.  About how long will the surgery take?
4.  Will I be banded or wired shut?  For how long?  Splint?
5.  What changes can I expect in my face?
6.  Can I expect to be free of facial pain  and jaw related headaches after recovery, or no, because of the joint degeneration?
7.  What are my chances of relapse?
8.  Is there anything about my jaw discrepancy that can't be corrected, or can only partially be corrected?
9.  Can I expect a perfect bite post-op?
10.  If I decide not to have the surgery, what is the prognosis for my jaw joint health?  Teeth wear?

  2. some of these questions like #1 and #2, i think will change from now and from weeks before your surgery, cause braces will tend to make things worse over time...
thats clever tho ask questions before surgery to get the jist of what the outcome will be...nice

cant wait to see what ur OS answers are...
    keep us in formed =)
