Wire change.

Today I had a regular ortho appointment.  It was my first wire change for the top and my third for the bottom.  Nothing terribly exciting.  This adjustment has been more painful than the others.  Not too terrible, but my teeth are definitely a bit sore and tender.  I couldn't really bite into anything even remotely hard today.   I haven't really noticed a whole lot of movement, but my OD said things look good and that I've had nice torque with my molars.  I wish I understood more of the "talk" so I knew what they were doing in there!  I go back in seven weeks....
